Our nightly room rates include pre-dinner drinks, dinner, breakfast and carte blanche use of sports equipment and facilities.
All rates are in New Zealand dollars inclusive of 15% Government Goods and Service Tax (GST) and subject to a 2.5% credit card fee.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Main Lodge & Chalets
Our cancellation policy is thirty days, should the reservation be amended or cancelled within thirty days of arrival one night’s tariff will be charged. Cancellation or amendment within seven days of arrival will incur a charge for each room night booked.
15 December to 5 January every year: Our festive cancellation policy is sixty days, should the reservation be amended or cancelled within sixty days of arrival the one night deposit will become non-refundable. Cancellation or amendment within twenty one days of arrival will incur a charge for each room night booked.
Villa & Owners Residence
Our cancellation policy is sixty days, should the reservation be amended or cancelled within sixty days of arrival the one night deposit will become non-refundable. Cancellation or amendment within twenty one days of arrival will incur a charge for each room night booked.
15 December to 5 January every year: Four night minimum stay applies. Our festive cancellation policy is ninety days, should the reservation be amended or cancelled within ninety days of arrival the one night deposit will become non-refundable. Cancellation or amendment within thirty days of arrival will incur a charge for each room night booked.
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
We regret we are unable to accommodate children under the age of ten years in the Main Lodge or Chalets.
